QUESTIONS
Before you join.
Why OSLO, when we already have tools for all this?
Because the work runs across all of them and the software doesn't. A lead becomes a deal, the deal needs a quote, the quote becomes an invoice, somebody has to deliver the job and somebody has to chase the payment. When each of those sits in a different tool, your team spends the day copying between them and you spend the month asking people for numbers. Put it on one system and the copying stops — and there's finally one place to look when you want to know how the business is doing.
What would we actually save?
Depends what you pay today. For scale though: Growth is ₹60,000 a year and covers up to 15 people, and that one price carries CRM, quotes, invoicing, projects, reports and the AI assistant. At typical per-seat rates, a CRM on its own costs more than that for the same 15 people — before you've paid for e-signing, an accounting tool, a project board and a ChatGPT seat for everyone.
How do we get early access?
OSLO is invite-only while we're in early access. Get Early Access and we'll create your workspace and walk you through bringing your contacts, deals and products over — most teams are running the same afternoon. It's free to start and we don't ask for a card. Early-access pricing is locked in for the people who join now; it goes up when we open to everyone.
How does it help our sales team close more?
Mostly by making sure nothing sits untouched. Leads land in one pipeline whatever they came from — your site, Meta, IndiaMART, a spreadsheet — so nobody is working from their own list. Each morning OSLO looks at the open deals and points out the ones going quiet, with a follow-up already written from that customer's history; the rep reads it, changes what they want and sends it. Before a meeting it reads the deal, the open quote and the recent conversations and hands over a short brief, so nobody walks in cold. And quotes get raised and approved in the same place they were sold, instead of waiting three days in somebody's inbox.
What does it do for the finance team?
Takes the chasing out of it. The moment a deal is won the invoice is already there — the line items came from the quote, so nobody retypes anything or argues about what was agreed. Add a Razorpay link and payments reconcile themselves when the money lands. Expenses, bills and vendor payments sit alongside, so profit is a number you can read rather than a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every month, and GST details live on the records instead of in someone's head at filing time.
Can it handle HR, or do we keep that separate?
People gives you one place for the team: leave, attendance, documents, and who reports to whom. Requests route to the right manager on their own rather than sitting in a WhatsApp thread nobody reads. And because projects and tasks are on the same system, you can see what people are getting done, not just who signed in. It's one of the modules you switch on only if you want it — plenty of teams start with CRM and Finance and add People later.
How does it help the team delivering the work?
A project opens straight from the deal with what was actually sold attached, so nobody is guessing at scope or ringing sales to ask what was promised. Tasks carry owners and dates, and OSLO flags the project that's slipping before the client notices. You can give a client a view of their own project — progress and the things they need to approve — without exposing anything internal. If your people work on customer sites, Field Service adds jobs, schedules and visit reports on top.
